2021 HGSL Picture Day!

See Below for all important information pertaining to our 2021 Picture Day!  Reach out with any questions you have. 

 

Arrival - Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled photo time to check in, fill out forms if needed, and get any appropriate gear on. Your child's feet will show in team photos. 

 

Online Pre-Orders-  Before Picture Day use your organization's Pre-Order Access code SP21SB18 at https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ to pre-purchase products and streamline your child photo process and receive pre-order discount pricing. 

- Please make sure to PRINT your online order form and check in before getting your photos taken. If you are unable to print it, please make sure you have your online order form and see the table person on the field for form information. Please make sure ALL spelling and information is correct prior to placing an order. The information will be printed EXACTLY as you have entered it.

 

On-Site Payment - EXACT Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Credit card information is taken on site and processed off-site. Our staff will NOT have CASH CHANGE on site so please come with exact change if paying with cash.  Please make sure that the information you wrote on the form is correct.

Orders - NO changes can be made to packages on the field. If you have any questions or issues regarding the package you ordered, please email:  cs@nesportsphoto.com.  They will NOT be able to make changes on the field.

 

Picture day check in - Everyone (even online pre-orders) will need to have their paperwork in order before seeing the photographer for photos. Everyone must check in at the table prior to seeing the photographer.  This ensures photos match the athlete and they get the correct team photo. Please make sure the forms are handed in to the photographer and not just placed nearby. Once a form is turned into a photographer they will not be returning them. Ordering online and printing the picture day ticket will speed the check in and photo process. If parents do not print out the Picture Day Ticket, or forget it, they will need to check in at the table to with their email showing their order number and then fill out a specific form.

 

Props - Parents and players should plan ahead and bring their own equipment for props (bat, gloves, soccer ball, etc) to reduce equipment sharing. (for certain sports, players on the same team may share that team’s equipment if they are all already in contact with the the equipment - for example a team may use a team basketball shared between their team, but not with other teams)

 

Buddy Pics - Coaches, with their son/daughter on the team, may have their photo with them ("Buddy Pic") taken. They will receive a FREE 5x7 print of the image with the purchase of any item/package. Let the photographer know you're a coach when you come up with your child and they will add the proper code to your child's form before taking the Buddy Pic. 

*Please note that this is NOT a photo for every player with their coach, it is ONLY for the coach and THEIR son/daughter.

 

Ordering After Picture Day - League Pre-Order Access codes expire on the day of Picture Day. Players' individual access codes will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. These codes can be entered into https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ (just like the access code) and parents can order more products. Please note that orders after picture day will be at regular full pricing

. 

Multiple Children-  Please DO NOT put multiple children’s orders on one order ticket. Each child MUST have their own separate order number and ticket. Please make sure the child’s name is entered on the online order form. Sibling photos MUST also have a separate order form.

 

EVERYONE who would like to be included in the team photo MUST fill out a form with name and contact information, even if you are not placing an order OR are not ordering your child’s individual photo.  You DO NOT need to place an order but if you want your child in the team photo they will need to have their individual photo taken. This includes coaches as well. The team photo will be a composite team photo and will allow parents and players to get their individual photos taken quickly and then not have to wait in a group for a traditional team photo. They can leave immediately after their photo is taken, go to the field or go home. ALL team players, and coaches, who wish to be in the composite team photo will need to show up regardless if they are ordering photos.

 

Masks must be worn BY ALL attending except when having photos taken, EVEN if you’ve been vaccinated. Please keep them on until you are posing for your photograph.
