Spring Registration Information

REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2018 IS OPEN - DEADLINE IS MONDAY MARCH 5th

ALL RETURNING PLAYERS MUST USE PREVIOUSLY CREATED FAMILY ACCOUNT

 

All players and coaches must register online.  No paper registrations will be accepted.

High-Level Steps to Register: (click file below for detailed step-by-step directions)

  1. Click "Registration Now Open" banner above
  2. Login with existing account or click a "create an account" (only one account per family)
  3. Follow the directions to register players and coaches.
  4. Once everyone is registered checkout.  Payment can be credit card or check.  To receive the family discount all players must be registered together.

* Age as of January 1st

** 15 year-old's can play assuming they are not on a high school team or a pitcher

Family Discount: $10.00 off each additional child (must register all children together)

Fee includes Shirts, Socks, Ump Fees, & Equipment.

HGSL SignUp Instructions

Summer Softball 2018

HGSL/Middle Essex Summer Travel League. Season runs 6/15-8/9
Please register for the same division you are currently playing in this spring.

Please realize that this registration does not guarantee a roster spot.

- In the event that we have more players register than can be accommodated on a team tryouts will be held to finalize teams. If tryouts are held and a player is not chosen for the team a refund will be given in full.

- In the event that we do not have enough players to field a team for a division a full refund will be issued.

Once a player is assigned to a team no refunds will be given!
